PVC Door Profile Extrusion Line is a specialized line designed for efficient manufacturing of PVC door profiles. PVC or Polyvinyl Chloride is a thermoplastic material widely used in the construction industry for its durability, weather resistance and ease of processing.
The function of the PVC Door Profile Extrusion Line is to melt and mold the PVC resin into the required window frame profile.
The molten PVC then passes through a die that shapes the material into the required profile. The die is specially designed for door profiles, ensuring accurate cross-sections and smooth surfaces. After the extruded profile is ejected from the die, it passes through a series of cooling rollers for cooling and solidification.
After cooling, the profile is trimmed and cut to the required length. Additional finishing operations, such as sanding or polishing, can also be performed to improve the surface quality. The final PVC door profile is then ready for further processing or direct installation.
